The Hushspun Story Advent Calendar has a story behind every door. From 1 to 24 December a new door opens each day: a short video of the elf's journey and a new chapter of a shared Christmas story, with your children as the heroes by their own names.
How the Story Advent Calendar works
- 24 doors: one chapter for each day from 1 to 24 December.
- A new door opens every morning at 5 a.m. Finnish time.
- The star is missing from the top of the Christmas tree. Every night a short video shows what the elf finds on the way.
- On Christmas Eve the star rises to the treetop, and Father Christmas finds his way.
- Up to four children can be the heroes of the story, by their own names.
- You choose the grown-ups at home in the story: Mom and Dad, Grandma and Grandpa, just Grandma or just Grandpa.
- Emil reads every chapter aloud, and each chapter lasts about four to five minutes.
- The chapters stay in your library, so you can listen to them again.
An advent calendar without chocolate
Instead of sweets or small toys, each door holds a story. Opening it is still exciting: what will the elf find today, and what happens next to the children in the story? A chapter of four to five minutes fits well into the bedtime routine.
