Tilin ja tietojen poisto
Poista tili sovelluksessa
- Avaa Satukone ja kirjaudu tilillesi.
- Valitse alavalikosta Profiili.
- Paina sivun lopussa Poista tili.
- Valitse Haluan varmasti poistaa tilini ja vahvista painamalla Poista tili.
Jos et pääse sovellukseen, lähetä poistopyyntö tilisi sähköpostiosoitteesta osoitteeseen info@satukone.app. Poistamme tilin kuukauden kuluessa.
Voit myös poistaa yksittäisiä satuja kirjastosta, lasten profiileja ja oman äänesi profiilista poistamatta tiliä.
Mitä poistetaan
Tili, sähköpostiosoite, sadut ja niiden ainekset, lasten profiilit, kuunteluhistoria, satuvilla, oma ääni ja sen näyte sekä yhteiseen kirjastoon jakamasi sadut ja niiden kopiot muiden kirjastoissa. Tallennetut äänitiedostot suljetaan käytöstä heti ja poistetaan taustalla. Jos sinulla on tilaus, se päättyy heti.
Mitä säilytetään ja kuinka kauan
- Ostojen ja maksujen kirjanpitoaineisto: kirjanpitolain mukaan kuusi vuotta sen vuoden lopusta, jona tilikausi päättyi.
- Tilin poiston yhteydessä annettu vapaaehtoinen palaute: ilman yhteyttä tiliin.
- Lausekohtaiset äänitallenteet, jotka eivät ole yhteydessä tiliisi: enintään 10 vuotta.
- Palvelun tekniset lokit: lyhyen ajan, minkä jälkeen ne poistuvat automaattisesti.

Deleting your account and data
Delete your account in the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Choose Profile in the bottom menu.
- Tap Delete account at the end of the page.
- Tick the confirmation and tap Delete account again.
If you cannot open the app, email a deletion request from your account's address to info@satukone.app. We delete the account within one month.
You can also delete single stories, child profiles and your own voice without deleting the account.
What is deleted
Your account, email address, stories and their ingredients, child profiles, listening history, story wool, your own voice and its sample, and stories you shared to the common library together with their copies in other libraries. Stored audio is disabled at once and removed in the background. Any subscription ends immediately.
What is kept and for how long
- Purchase and payment records: six years from the end of the financial year, as Finnish accounting law requires.
- Optional feedback given when deleting the account: without any link to the account.
- Sentence-level audio clips that are not linked to your account: up to 10 years.
- Technical service logs: a short time, after which they are removed automatically.
